Between AP classes, competitive sports, SAT/ACT tests, college applications, social media, shifting friend dynamics; our teens are under tremendous stress. All of this happening during a developmental phase where they are pulling away, finding independence, and exposed to risk. It’s stressful for both the teen and their parents. I am here to help and be a trusted adult in your child’s life.
